ABOUT US

Owned by Indonesian and Palestinian, Juz-In Closet is an online shop established in 2012 and based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are only available online and we have been selling clothes to countries like Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Jordan, Palestine and USA.  In 2013, we have expanded our market worldwide.
We only sell maxi dresses, skirts and hijab/shawls. However, for purchase in bulk we are open to any requests.


ABOUT THE DRESSES
Our dresses are all made in Indonesia. Most of our dresses are made from six basic fabrics which are: chiffon, cotton spandex, Korean spandex, berry cotton, pure cotton and lace. Each has its own characteristics that made the dresses special.
a.       Berry cotton vs. pure cotton
While both fabrics are made from cotton however they have different physical look. Berry cotton is light weight cotton and see-through. Usually dresses made from berry cotton come with extra inner. Pure cotton dress is heavier than berry cotton, not see through and more comfortable to wear compared to berry cotton.

b.      Cotton spandex vs. Korean spandex
Spandex is material that gives stretch ability to fabric.
Cotton spandex has the following characteristics: heavy, soft, not see-through, flare beautifully and comfortable to wear for summer.
Korean spandex has the following characteristics: light, soft, not see-through, glossy, and comfortable to wear for summer.
Usually our dresses have the following characteristics:
a.       SIZE: We have only 1 size which is Free (F). This means if you are anyone wearing size Small (S), Medium (M) or Large (L) you can wear this item. Some dresses might be available for size Extra Large (XL) or Extra-Extra Large (XXL)
So if we mention – FREE SIZE S-L – it means that our dress can be worn by anyone wearing size S, M or L.
Our size L is for anyone with bust/chest measurement of 37/38 inch, XL for bust measurement of 40inch, and XXL for bust measurement of 42 inch
b.      LENGTH: we have 3 types of length -
·         137cm: Fit for anyone with height 167cm and below (170cm if you are a size S/M)
·         140cm: Fit for anyone with height 170m and below (173cm if you are a size S/M)
·         160cm: Fit for anyone with height 180cm and below (usually this item is available for anyone tall and wearing size XL/XXL/XXXL)
c.       SHOULDER: We have a standard cutting with shoulder size 15 inch
d.      WEIGHT: For cotton spandex and pure cotton items usually it weigh 500gr per piece; full beaded chiffon kaftans weigh 500-700gr while full beaded cotton spandex kaftan weigh 1,000-1,200gr. Berry cotton, lace or Korean spandex usually weigh 300gr-500gr
PS: since our item are made in factory (mass production) so please consider ±2cm longer/shorter or bigger/smaller.


HOW TO ORDER?
It is easy to order from us. You can choose one of the following:
1.       Click the “ORDER” button and fill all the information, or
2.       Through Facebook Message
You can go to our facebook page at: facebook.com/juzincloset and PM us your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND ORDER LIST (DRESS NAME, COLOR, AND QUANTITY)

HOW DOES OUR ONLINE SHOPPING WORK?
Our online store works in these simple steps:
1.       After you make your order through the ORDER page or PM on our Facebook page we will send you an invoice. This invoice will tell you these information:
a.       Availability of the dress you order
b.      Total amount you have to pay
c.       How to make payment
d.      When you should make payment
e.      How your dress will be delivered
2.       Once you receive the invoice we will give you ONLY 24 hours to make payment. If you do not make payment then your order will be canceled automatically and you will be blacklisted. Blacklisted customer means that the next time you order we will not take your order seriously. We consider such customer as wasting other customer’s time. If you want to ask only please tell us so.
3.       Please note that we will not send your item without FULL PAYMENT. You must make Full Payment before we make delivery or confirm your order.
4.       Once you make payment we will send you full information on the following:
a.       Your payment
b.      When your order will be delivered
c.       Tracking number of your package
d.      How to track your package
5.       All confirmed and paid orders are subjected to the following policy:
a.       Items sold are NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE in any condition unless we send the wrong design or color.
b.      If the item does not fit you (like too big/small/short/long) we will not refund, exchange or allow you to return. Ask us how your dress will fit you to avoid such false occurrence.
c.       We will check your order before we deliver to avoid us sending defected items. So any complaint on defected item will not be entertained

 HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT?
For any order you can pay through the following methods:
1.       PAYPAL:
With this method we will send you an invoice through your email. Once you receive the email you can just follow the instruction given from the email. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit or US Dollar.
2.       MASTER CARD/VISA/AMERICAN EXPRESS
If you have credit/debit card with Master Card, Visa or American Express (AMEX) sign on the card, then you can pay with the service. We will send you an invoice through Paypal so when you receive the email all you have to do is click on “PAY WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD”. All payments will be charged in US Dollar or Malaysian Ringgit. You do not have to exchange your money because Master Card/VISA/AMEX will convert your money automatically.
3.       BANK TRANSFER
You can go to your local bank and ask them how to make international transfer. We will give you all the information you need to make the transfer. Please note that since currency exchange in every bank is different and with different time range between Malaysia and your country, so we will charge extra than the currency shown on the internet or your local bank.
4.       WESTERN UNION
Western Union is less preferred since they charged more than any other payment methods. However, if you wish to pay through Western Union we will give you all the information you need. You are required to pay the charges imposed by Western Union.

SPECIAL NOTE: If we receive the money less than what you supposed to pay then we will not process and deliver your item unless full payment made.

HOW DO WE DELIVER?
We will give you range of choices from Local Postage Service to International Courier Services like DHL, TNT or DPEX (if available). If you do not request for any service then we will deliver through Registered Post by Pos Malaysia. It usually takes 7-14 days for the package to arrive. For 1 piece item we charge flat rate of $35 worldwide. For more items, please refer to the following chart for delivery charges:
For purchase in bulk/wholesale, you may request for cargo or any other means of delivery.


OTHER COMMON FAQs

Are the prices including postage fees?
Yes, they are including postage fees to all parts of Malaysia. For International buyers we charge a flat rate of $35 for first 2 pieces and for the rest please refer to our shipping fees HERE

Can I reserve / book the item?
Yes, you can reserve/book the item only with FULL payment. We work on a first-pay-first-serve basis. No booking without payment.

Can I try the items before purchasing them?
No, you cannot. Currently we do not have tangible outlet where you can come and check the product. Please refer to our sizing chart to ensure whether our items would fit you or not.

What if the item does not fit me, example: it is too short or too small for me, can I return the item?
No, you cannot. All the item(s) purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. So, please check the details of the clothes before you purchase the item.

Where were your products made?
All products in our page are made in Indonesia.

How long will it take until I receive my items/orders?
Please allow 1-3 days after payment made to get your items delivered. For Pre-Order items please allow 2-4 weeks from the initial items update time.

What are Pre-Order items?
Pre-Order items (PO) are items that currently are NOT ready in stock in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These items usually are brand new designs and still on packaging and delivery process from Indonesia to Malaysia. Pre-Order items usually will take 2-4 weeks from the day we uploaded the picture on our page until it is ready to be delivered to you. Please check the details of the items to see whether the product is Ready Stock or Pre-Order.

How do you deliver our order?
We deliver through Poslaju Malaysia.

Do you deliver to other countries beside Malaysia?
Yes, we do. We use Pos Malaysia which a delivery company owned by the Malaysian Government. For rates of registered parcel to your country please click HERE

Do you accept payment through Paypal?
Yes, we do.

Do you accept payment through credit card?
Yes, we do through Paypal services.

Do you have Cash-On-Delivery (COD) services?
No, we don’t.

Can I make my order as a gift to someone else?
Yes, you can. In fact we have a gift wrapping services for as low as MYR 10 where we will wrap your gift with special wrapping paper and we will slip a customized gift card inside. Do not worry about the price tag we will remove it before we deliver.
