Please note the following before making your order(s). 

Your cooperation in this matter will ease our job and help us to serve you and other customer better.


ORDER POLICY
  1. Note: Order is for SERIOUS BUYER ONLY, BOOKING WITH FULL PAYMENT ONLY. If you submit this form and did not make payment within 24 hours you will be considered as BACKOUT BUYER. Shall you need more thinking time, please let us know by sending us an email to juzincloset@gmail.com
  2. Backout Buyer: is someone who submit this form and do not make payment within 24 hours. As backout buyer you will lose all your customer privilege which include booking priviliege. The next time you make an order we will not take your order seriously until you make payment. We wil not give priotity to such customer.
  3. Please check the measurement and size availability of each designs before making an order. If you are unsure whether the size will fit you well or not please send us a message for further information on sizing HERE
  4. After you submit this form, please allow us to process your request within 48 hours. You should check your email within 24 hours after your form submitted. We will send you an invoice confirming your details and orders to ensure that we got the correct order and mailing address. Please check the estimated shipping date so you would know when your order will be delivered if you confirm your order.
  5. Please confirm your order by making payment within 24 hours after your invoice has been sent or your order will be expired and you will be considered as Backout Buyer. If you change your mind about the order please let us know within 24 hours and you will not be considered as Backout Buyer.
  6. Please note that all information given are CONFIDENTIAL. We will ensure that your personal details will not be given to any other unrelated business.
  7. After payment made, please send us an email with your payment details as follows: Name, Way of Transfer, Amount Transfered, date/Time of Transfer, and Reference Number. We will check your payment and if the payment has been confirmed we will send you a full invoice where you can check your payment and tracking number.
  8. Please note that all orders are FINAL. Items purchased are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please check our Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Please note that return or exchange must take place within 3 days after order received. Any complaints received after 3 days will not be entertained.
  2. Please send us the picture of the package and the item(s) that we sent through MMS/Whatsapp/Viber at +6011 2825 0263 or through email at juzincloset@gmail.com before returning the item(s).
  3. Please re-check your order confirmation email.
  4. Please check the items' picture.
  5. If the above notes has been read and done, please send the item(s) first before you fill this form. 
  6. Please note that item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE.
  7. Please send the item to: Mumtaza ~ Address: 2-2 Jalan Jernai, Medan Idaman, Setapak, 53300, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (+6011 -2825 0263). We will refund the delivery charges that you spent (only within Malaysia/Indonesia). 
  8. We will send the correct order after we receive and inspect the item(s) you have returned,
  9. Please note that the item(s) must be returned at the original conditions; i.e. UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNTAGGED, UNALTERED, and the item(s) are not dirty.
  10. Faulty Items: If you received faulty items please deliver the item back to us and we will deliver them to the factory. Since we are only reseller we will wait for the decision from the factory whether to replace, refund or fix the item. We do not cover the shipping charges for any returns from outside Malaysia and Indonesia. If there is any missing beadings or buttons you may let us know so we could deliver the missing ones. We try our best to ensure that all items delivered in perfect condition however for any faulty items these are the only thing we could do.
  11. Shall we find that the item(s) returned are not in its original condition, e.g. the dress is ripped because it has been worn or tag has been removed, then we will return it back to you and no exchange will take place. We will not refund your delivery charges, on the other hand we will charge you for delivery charges. Once we receive the payment for delivery then we will send back your item(s).
  12. Sale items are NON returnable at any conditions.
